UCL hosted the VECMA Kick-off Meeting on 2-3 July 2018. There were presentations from the consortium on the key research involved in the project in addition to presentations from some of our newly formed Scientific and Innovation Advisory Boards.
On the 2nd day we used the time to discuss the plans for the different Work Packages and lay the groundwork for this exciting new project. We look forward to working with this dynamic team, and hope to produce some vital software and applications to help enable Verification, Validation and Uncertainty Quantification (VVUQ) within the emerging exascale HPC environment
